Game License and Digital Rights

You purchase a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the game. This license grants you the right to use the game in accordance with the terms established herein. We reserve the absolute right to - Remove, suspend, or terminate access to the game at any time - Modify, update, or discontinue the service without notice - Limit or revoke access for terms violations - Discontinue technical support or maintenance. In accordance with digital software regulations and license agreements, under no circumstances shall we be obligated to provide refunds for the removal, suspension, or termination of the game. The license automatically terminates upon violation of these terms or service cessation. You have no rights of ownership, distribution, modification, or reverse engineering of the game. Purchase of this license constitutes explicit acceptance of these terms and waiver of any refund rights.

International Sales

Our services are available globally but may be subject to local restrictions. Prices are expressed in euros and may be converted to local currency at the time of purchase. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed exclusively by Italian law (Civil Code, Consumer Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005) without reference to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome, Italy. The user irrevocably waives any right to raise exceptions of territorial incompetence or forum non conveniens. Before pursuing legal action, the parties undertake to attempt amicable resolution through mediation. If any clause is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions maintain full effect. The contract is deemed concluded in Italy.
